ABOUT ME

Malik

Life is always changing.  I've found that the practice of Yoga, the practice of unifying body, mind and soul has helped me find a healing calm in the ever changing waters of life. 

Although Yoga Asana (poses) are important, they are only a small facet of the practice.  I invite you to move, breathe, & meditate with me.

My goal is to provide an example to those who have shared similar life experiences and bring the practice of yoga to them so they can find the same state of calmness I have.  I ask that you allow me to be your guide.
