The consult is a great way to find if we are a right fit for each other, here we have a conversation to assess your specific needs and discover if we can meet them. Please allow space in your schedule for a 30 - 45 minute uninterrupted conversation. The consultation can be conducted in the format that suits you. Information collected during the consultation is kept confidential. Check availability to book a consultation today. Keep in mind that cost will be applied for in person consultations.
Yoga Practices
Increase confidence, flexibility & strength

Chair Yoga - A practice of Yoga poses (asanas) designed to build confidence and strength for the practitioner, using an armless chair as a tool for support.

Restorative Yoga - Another gentle Yoga practice that focuses on assisting the practitioner in accessing their parasympathetic system to allow better response to stimuli. This practice involves less movement and relies on Yoga tools & gravity to aid in relaxing and stretching.

Vinyasa Yoga - A much more rigorous practice that flows from position to position. All vinyasa practices will begin with warm up, traditional Sun Salutation A and B, flow sequences and a cool down.

Yin Yoga - A practice aimed at working on the deep connective tissues of the body, find your edge, be still, hold the pose. By holding poses for a longer duration the yogi is given space to go within and connect mind body and soul.

- Each Yoga practice will last approximately 1 hour/ Yoga space should be clear of obstructions and have space to allow the practitioner and the instructor to move freely/ Chair Yogis must have a sturdy armless chair available/ Mats and other tools can be provided -

Deepen Awareness
Sound - We provide a unique sonic experience using various instruments to improve energy flow. This also helps the recipient relax and rejuvenate.
Fragrance - During many experiences we provide access to artisan fragrances that are blended based on individual needs.
